Discuss the value of daily journaling, and choose from three different guided journaling prompts.
Nutrition/food prep

Learn how to prep an easy, healthy lunch for yourself and your parents.

Regroup and recharge with a healthy, delicious meal.
Intro to awareness

Learn what we mean by awareness, and how it helps us solve problems.
Problem solving

Choose a problem you'd like to tackle, and use the 5 step design thinking process to create a solution.
